Bobbie's work is process based and often begins with a feeling or emotion and develops based on her initial mark making. She uses bold colours straight from the tube which she selects in response to a dominant emotion. She often uses natural forms as inspiration for her colours and layering technique, which she completes in oil paint. She likens her unique layering technique to a natural formation process.
