Rockstar. Free spirit. Gravelly-voiced Goddess, Stevie Nicks looks effortlessly cool in Laura’s portrait. From the seminal ‘Rumours’ album, that is not affected by time to going viral via a TikTok challenge, Stevie Nicks is a pop culture heavyweight and to us, Laura’s style is perfect to capture the songbird’s essence.

Laura herself is inspired by icons of the late 70s and early 80s – the colour palette she chooses is influenced by the aesthetic of that time. A master of her medium, Laura predominantly works in inks and pencil on paper and brings her subjects to life through intricate detail juxtaposed with bold, confident lines and loose ink. While her portraits look effortless, her process is meticulous.
